A program developed for students 11 years and above to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in ballet training. Marie has been known for her innovative teaching skills over the past three decades. She has developed this programme in muscle memory to improve the student's understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment. After continual success in monitoring the students' progress in these integral arreas of ballet training, she has decided to record her progam to share with teachers and students.
